I had a limited tort case and they gave me a shot. We went to trial and I got to get on the stand and tell the defendant how he hurt me. We settled the case after that. I was happy that while 3 other lawyers turned me down, Mr. Simon took my case. He told me it would be hard to win, but he pushed for...ward and he won.

I was turned down by 5 lawyers, including a lawyer who represented me in a car accident case in 2010. Simon & Simon took my tough case and fought for me. We didn't win in the end because the injuries I had before didn't get much worse after this accident, but the firm did everything they could to get... me the money I asked for. We did have a good offer from the insurance company, but I decided I wanted to tell my story to a jury. They jury thought that my injuries and pain were the same from before the accident and after so they did not award me any money. I am happy I got my day in court. Most lawyers, including my lawyer in my earlier case, just settled and ran away from the courtroom. The Simon lawyers wanted to go to court and wanted to tell my story. I am forever grateful.
