Driving while DUI suspended.

I was all worked up when I got caught driving on a DUI suspended license, because I didn't know at the time that I was gambling with possible jail time. I contacted Mike, after being referred by my DUI lawyer, and Mike put me at ease. He oozes confidence in and out of the courtroom, and his tactics w...ork... at least for me, in this particular case. He definitely prefers to be paid upfront, before seeing a courtroom, which is understandable. I was unemployed at this time, and I was going through some very rough times financially. Mike found a way to make it work, and that really meant a lot to me. He charged a very reasonable fee, and again, he worked with me a lot, despite being a pain in his ass! at the end of the day, he had the case thrown out, because the officer that pulled me over didn't show up on time. Mike had made a mental note of this, and asked the judge to get the traffic citation out of the way first. the judge obliged, looked at the clock, and then threw it out. Mike then turned around and told me to get the heck out of there asap. if he hadn't, and that cop showed up, the judge would have had every right to overrule (or whatever the proper term is) the case and proceed with the hearing. now THAT, my friends, is the epitome of thinking on your feet, and working with what you have at hand. best money I ever spent! hopefully I won't be putting any more in his pocket, but I'll keep his number handy, just in case I drop the ball and screw up again.

Very Experienced Lawyer

Michael is a very experience lawyer. I contacted his firm because his fellow associate is Paul Lang who is a family friend of ours. Paul immediately brought me in and he & Michael sat down with me and reviewed the charge and right then and there assured me I had a strong case that I was falsely arres...ted and accused of DUI. It took some time to get my charges dropped, but because of Michael's knowledge of the case law and his meticulous attention to detail was able to work through the legal process and have my DUI charge dropped. If it was not for Michael I would have been out of a job with no income to support my family. His legal representation was worth every penny. I would definitely recommend Michael and his firm to anyone who asked me if I knew a lawyer. Thank you Michael Parlow for a job well done!

Highly Recommended

I was referred to Michael Parlow from a family friend, when I got myself in an unfortunate situation with a DUI. When I met with Michael, I immediately felt at ease, and knew I could trust him with my case. His rate may be higher than others, but it was worth every penny. I received lesser charges, ...a lower tier in the DUI levels , and my license suspension was reduced when I was accepted into the ARD program. I recommend Michael Parlow to any one who needs a lawyer for any legal trouble. He's the best!

TOP NOTCH LAWYER!

I was referred to Mr. Parlow several months ago for a situation with my 19 y.o. son. I was informed he was the BEST attorney around and # 1 in Bucks County. My son and I met with Michael within a day of contacting him and I was immediately impressed by his thoroughness and professional manner. He ...especially made us feel very comfortable and 'at ease'. The scary part for my son was the fact that he already had an open case in Philadelphia, which an ARD was pending and was now looking at a DUI in Bucks (which pretty much was a weekend in jail and a years suspension of driving privileges if charged. Our attorney in Philly was totally aware of this second case and not until Mr. Parlow brought to our attention that there is also a first time offenders privilege known as a Section 17, and that it would be in my son's best interest to decline the ARD that was pending in Philly and ask for a Section 17. This opened up the opportunity for him to go for the ARD in Bucks for my son. Just the fact that he was willing to offer us some verbal advice (at no extra charge) in reference to a case he had nothing to do with, was very impressive to my son and I. So we ran into a problem with the DA in Bucks not wanting to give my son the ARD since he felt my son obviously didn't learn from his first mistake. Mr. Parlow was not settling for that and set us up for a new court date. He fought for my son and in the end he was approved for the ARD program which only involved a 60 day license suspension and some fines and community service. I have spoken to many people who have been in similar situations and much less fortunate with their outcomes. They all say they wish they had known Mr. Parlow for their case. Michael has also contacted me since just to check and see how my son is making out. He has always made sure to let us know that we can contact him at any time in reference to any questions we may have. Bottom line, I would recommend Michael Parlow, ESQ to everyone I know that has any legal issues. He's TOP NOTCH in my book.

Very caring, and personable, so thankful for Mr. Parlow for helping my son!

Mr. Parlow made me fell very comfortable and really cared about my family. He did an awesome job getting my son only time servered , when he was looking at 2 to 4 years up state. He is very reasonable with his cost. But what he did for are family words can't explain, he even called to check on my son... to make sure he was doing ok. Who does that ( they usuallly get their money, and you never here from them again). Not Mr. Parlow, he really cares. I recommend him to everyone who needs a lawyer to get things done! He does what he says he's going to do !
