To start this story Mr. Parlow and I went through my two misdemeanors over the course of a two year period. My first Misdemeanor was handled just through the court and they put me into a CAP Program. A couple days before I was about to hand in the volunteer hours and paperwork, I was stopped at a DUI... check point and ticketed again. This is when I hired Mr. Parlow.
