I had the pleasure of working with Timothy Kolman on a very unpleasant labor issue with my former employer. I originally contacted Mr. Kolman regarding a hostile work environment that eventually transitioned into a wrongful termination. I was in a position of authority in my compay and prided myself ...on being efficient and productive. I was placed in a very awkward position when the owners of the company I worked for had hired one of their daughters to work for them under my supervision.
