Mr. Kolman helped me during a very dificult time in my life. I was taking care of my mother who's health had gotten very bad and then found myself also running into some medical issues. Caring for a family member that is not feeling well is hard enough, imagine not feeling well enough to help your ow...n mother. I was at a point in my life where I needed to take a break so that I could get well enough to not only take care of myself but of my mother as well. I needed time off of work, but they would not give it to me and I had no choice but to take the time I needed to heal myself and my mother. Timothy Kolman helped me so much during this ordeal and helped me find the strength to face the company that I worked for for over twenty years. We faced then together and with Tim's help I was able to get healthy and eventually get my mother feeling better as well. It's not often you can turn to someone for help and they actually do really help!
