Having been removed from the legal system in well over 10 years, the shame of having to go through the process again was overwhelming and quite frankly embarrassing. I had prior experience with Josh when he was a public defender and knew instantly that he would eventually have his own law firm. He ha...d more tenacity back then than most of the very expensive private attorneys I had hired over the years. What stood out most was his ability to treat me as a human being during the most judged time in my life. It was without doubt that I contacted him when I got my DUI in 2024. Josh was good at sending me quick updates on my case and I felt like he truly empathized with my struggles as a single mother, often asking how my kids are and was adamant that he would do whatever it took to not have me lose my license and ability to provide for them. His ability to be disarming individually but aggressive in the court room when needed. He truly is a defender of the underdogs while also maintaining respectful relationships within the courts. And lastly, transparency. Josh was transparent from the very beginning about what the financial costs would be for each service. His retainer fee was extremely generous compared to my experience with other private attorneys and he put in much more time and effort into my case than I expected. Josh was there from start to finish. I guarantee after your initial phone call with him, you will understand why so many people choose him to represent them!

Josh was hands down the BEST lawyer I could have hired. I found him by typing in best lawyers in bucks county for DUI and hired him right away for a driving while DUI suspended charge. He came up with 2.5 plans for me! Plan A was lengthy and I was doubtful but resulted in my license back early and a ...lowered charge.. completely successful. I am riddled with Anxiety and he answered every single time I texted or called for any question or concern. He let me know everything i needed to know every step of the way, was ready for things to turn south the whole time, confidently! He also knows some peeps!
