Very knowledgeable and experienced!

I was recently going through the stages of my first DUI offense and didn't know where to begin. Found numerous positive reviews of Ellis online, and decided to immediately reach out. Ellis has been helpful from beginning to end, guiding me in to the ARD program and answering every question I've had... along the way. His assistant Lindsay has been extremely helpful as well. I have nothing but positive feedback for the both of them.

The outcome was just as he predicted.

After I was arrested for DUI on I-95, I started receiving a lot of legal solicitation in the mail within a few days. Mr. Klein's presentation seemed the most appealing... and boy was I right! I’m a Green Card holder and I didn’t want to jeopardize my status for one mistake. I was scared. But Mr. Kle...in explained that since I was a first time offender, I could end up having the whole ordeal expunged from my record, if I followed a program intended to cut first timers a break, sourt of say... That happened 3 years ago. I didn’t even get my licence taken away... and within a year and a half, the whole situation was expunged from my record. Soon after, I applied for the job I’ve had since. Needless to say, my record came out clean when they did the background check. I work with the state, so the process is thorough. I also just received the renewal of my Green Card, no issues! Thank you Mr. Klein for helping me get my life back in the path I left it. Always appreciated and always thankful you represented me the way you did.

Ellis saved my life!

In February 2017 I was charged with my 2nd DUI in less than 10 years. First time I had ARD, my BAC was .09 so I didn't lose my license,paid a fine and did community service. A slap on the wrist. This time I almost hit a police officer with my car and my BAC was .144 . The penalties changed over the ...past 6 years so I was facing a minimum month in jail, 1 year license suspension and 1 year interlock. What brought me to Ellis was his informative brochure. He told me if I did what he told me to do, I had a good chance of a positive outcome. He told me to stop drinking, go to AA and find a sponser. I followed his instructions and finally went to court in December. I received a month of house arrest, and because of the new law that passed in August I got a year suspension with eligibility of interlock at 6 months. My fines and court fees were minimal. I was able to keep my job since I didn't go to jail. I also will be 11 months sober tomorrow. My life has done a total 360. I learned from my mistake and I took Ellis seriously. Now I will never have to deal with a situation like this again in my life. Thank you Ellis! You've helped me change my life for the better. You were always honest so I knew exactly what cards could have been dealt. I came out with a winning hand. ✌

Elis B Klein

My daughter hired Ellis Klein because she had a second DUI charge and a simple assault charge. Mr Klein was able to have the assault charge reduced to disturbing the peace which is a significantly lesser charge. More importantly, he was able to spare her the requirement for jail time and/ or house a...rrest. She will likely get her driver's license back earlier than expected and her she was not fined. She will have to do some community service. This is an excellent outcome since she expected more severe penalties.

very glad I Had Ellis on my side

As this was my first DUI I was very nervous as to what steps to take. After my first consultation with Ellis I felt so much more at ease compared to before I walked into his office. He was able to explain all the possible outcomes and confidently explain what he was going to do for me and where he th...ought my case would end up. I am very happy to say that not only were my expectations met, but they were exceeded! Ellis was always quick to get back to me if I had any questions throughout the process, and there was never any time in the last 6 months where I felt I was "in the dark" about things. The most important thing is that I never felt like he was just some lawyer collecting my money. Ellis cares about his clients and doing everything he can to get the ABSOLUTE BEST possible outcome. I would never wish for any of my friends or family to have to go through a DUI. In the event I hear of someone I know that needs an amazing DUI lawyer I now know who I will refer them too!
