The go to lawyer for criminal, traffic and DUI cases

Fantastic attorney. Attentive, hardworking and excellent results. Would highly recommend for anyone who needs to address criminal matters, traffic tickets, DUI etc. He has a tremendous amount of experience that translates into an efficient handling of your case with the best possible outcome.

Fully Recommend !

I was a new mom, 33, and got my first DUI...I could not have asked for a better lawyer! Between having patience, being flexible and helpful with my situation, also not to mention I was not from that area, Ellis Klein did and was the best. I fully recommend his services. Also, his team was very much ...on top of things with communicating frequently. I never was out of the loop, and they assisted in a timely fashion with information about court dates and what needed, with time frames. Most importantly he cared, I wasn't just a case file, he treated me like a person.

Dui

I hired attorney Ellis Klein to help with a criminal matter (DUI) He is the best lawyer I had a great experience working with him i went out for my birthday last year December 2024 to celebrate and thought I was able to drive back home .. I got into a bad car accident with 4 of my friends in the car ...I was facing a couple charges I did online searching came across a couple lawyers but I chose him & thank god I did he was there for me every step of the way I was stressed out the punishment for this was really bad it was rare to receive ard for a dui with high bac , involving accident with 4 passengers .. my chance for ard was 50/50 , if I didn’t get into ard I would of lost my job and license Mr Ellis spoke and assured me that he will fight for me and make sure I get the best possible outcome for my case , and which he did ! , I got accepted into ard and I was able to keep my job and license I did aa meetings , community service & treatment this was definitely a life lesson for me he helped me a lot and gave me the biggest break I can now move forward with my future career , I was lucky to find him He’s THE BEST LAWYER !! Thank you Ellis !!!

He believed me.

I was arrested and jailed by New Hope PD for driving under the influence of drugs. I had consumed no alcohol or drugs and there was no evidence of such. Compulsory blood and toxicology tests eventually would prove my innocence. Not only did Mr. Klein believe my version but he got all charges dismi...ssed including bogus traffic violations used to establish probable cause for the initial stop. When other lawyers wanted $5,000 retainers Ellis charged a very reasonable fee for what he did. Thank you Ellis.

Great experience
