The right lawyer to hire.

I hired Ellis to represent me for a dui charge. I received his card in the mail along with many others and was very nervous about my choice as one knows it can mean a difference in the conviction. Ellis is very knowledgable and upfront about your charges and what you could face. I am beyond please...d with his representation. He has been very kind and sympathetic in these hard times. He has been prompt and available through every step. You wont go wrong with choosing him as your attorney. I highly recommend him.

DUI Case

I retained Ellis Klein to represent a family member in a DUI case. Mr. Klein provided excellent advise and kept us informed of each phase of the legal process from beginning to end. There were no surprises. Everything pretty much happened as he described it would. Even more impressive was his tim...eliness and attentiveness to responding to our questions. If he wasn't available, his extremely competent assistant always replied promptly. I would definitely recommend Ellis to represent you.

Always available

I certainly never saw myself in need of a DUI defense lawyer- and when I did I was very fortunate to come across Ellis. Ellis Klein was the only lawyer that contacted me back out of three- and he did so immediately! During the entire awful experience Ellis has been respectful, professional, and immed...iately obtainable. I certainly never wish anyone to be in need of a dui lawyer- but if you do Ellis Klein is definitely the one I would recommend.

Honest and forthright and well worth the money

Ellis was realistic in gauging expectations and possible outcomes from Day 1. Fortunately things worked out as well as they could have given my situation. This was my second DUI offense in 3 years. Ellis sat with me on a few occasions and talked with me about our strategic approach in respect to my c...ase. Having a lawyer like Ellis on my side was a huge benefit and I am glad I chose him to represent me. He is well known and respected in Bucks county PA and has been practicing for 20+ years. He knows all the judges/prosecutors and will give you sound advice on how to proceed with your case. He will advise you on what to do to help your case and is always there for you. On many occasions I would text Ellis and he was always quick to respond regarding my case, even in the evening when he is not working. I received the best possible outcome for my case due to his sound advice. I would recommend him to anyone facing any DUI charge. Thank you Ellis!

True Professional!

After being charged with a DUI last year, I choose Ellis based on the recommendations from this site. His advice and counsel were spot on and after a setback where I was removed from ARD and was facing significant penalties, he was able to get me reinstated and into the ARD program. I cannot thank hi...m enough for not giving up on me and fighting for a just resolution. If you live in The Bux-Mont area and find yourself in a similar situation, you will not find a better advocate than Ellis Klein.
