A great result from a highly experienced attorney

I retained Ellis to represent me after I was charged with a DUI involving a minor motor vehicle accident. Although it was my first offense, an accident is usually automtic grounds for rejection of ARD so I was facing a full criminal trial and conviction that would be on my record forever. Ellis went ...to bat for me with the DA and secured my entry into the ARD program even with the accident. Normally ARD is a 12 month program but by helping me to get all the conditions completed prior to my hearing, my ARD was reduced to 6 months. Now the entire incident will be expunged from my record in just half a year. I could not be more pleased. Thank you Ellis.

DUI experience was as good as of outcome as I could have hoped for

I hired Ellis after I got I to my 1st DUI and i was not eligible for the ARD program. My DUI involved a car accident and Ellis walked me through the entire experience, not only did he make me very prepared and aware of what was needed by me to get the best possible outcome but he was also able to get... three other charges dropped from my case. He was amazing and saved my career and my life. With a DUI the fines can be up to 5,000 dollars, my total fines only added up to be around 1300 because of his negotiation with the Attorney General. I highly recommend Ellis, he was professional, polite and there was absolutely no judgment. If you find yourself in an unfortunate situation he is one of the best to put into action against it.

Out of state DWI

I was facing a 5 year old DWI case when I contacted Ellis Klein. I had an open bench warrant for the case and have been living in Florida dealing with past legal trouble in Fl. I was able to fly to Pa and turn myself in to the court in Mr. Klein’s custody. Our judge made it very clear he wasn’t accep...ting plea deals on bench warrants, then Mr. Klein was able to pull some strings and make it happen. He was able to make a deal where my DWI (very serious) was reduced to a lowest level DUI. I did not do a minute of jail time and was only given 6 months of non reporting probation, some fines, and highway safety school. Also because the charges were reduced my license is not suspended. I am very grateful of Mr. Klein to help me. Without his help I would certainly be in jail and instead I am back in Florida with my family. Mr. Klein is very knowledgeable in PA law and very familiar with those on the opposing sides in a PA courtroom. I highly recommend those searching for an attorney to consider Ellis Klein.

Driving on dui suspension

Today Mr. Klein represented me in a driving under DUI suspension. I was facing 60-90 days incarcerated and another year loss of license. He got it dropped to driving without licence. Which means no jail time or anymore time added to my suspension. He also gave me information about getting my license ...back and on interlock. I would definitely recommend him. I actually already referred him to a friend. Thank you so much.
