Took the weight off my shoulders

Mr Ellis helped me thru a period in my life where i thought everything was going down the drain due to a DUI. He sat me down, explained our options and reassured me that he will do the best he can to resolve this situation. I can now sleep at night knowing my case is in the hands of a true professio...nal.

Good choice for a lawyer!

We were very satisfied with Mr. Klein’s services. This was a 2nd DUI offense and he was clear on what we needed to do and what to expect. He helped to reassure us throughout the process and prepared us for the outcome.

DUI Lawyer Review

I would Highly recommend Ellis Klein to represent anyone who is facing a DUI charge. If you are perhaps a multiple offender than Ellis is your man. I was facing a 2nd DUI charge that could have snowballed into a 3rd or 4th offense very easily. With Ellis' representation and expertise, I was able t...o secure the charge of 2nd offense DUI.. My penalty was 6 months house arrest 24 months probation, 100 hours of community service and 1800 DUI fine. It could have been much much worse, but with Ellis Klein standing beside me in court and coaching me all along through the process things turned out for the best. I am able to keep my job, my little home and care for my daughter. Thanks Ellis, and I recommend this attorney highly for anyone who finds themselves in a stressful legal situation.

I Do Not Recommend This Lawyer

In August of 2015 I hired Ellis Klein to Represent Me in a Criminal Case with Extenuating Circumstances. I provided him with Witness' Names, Phone Numbers and Detailed e-mails he could reference. He used None of the information I provided him to build any kind of Defense. His only advice? ARD. When I... originally researched his information I noticed a lot of his Reviews came from DUI Charges and in "Every" Case, his Defense? ARD. This was an immediate red flag for Me. There were Not many Criminal Case Reviews and again the only defense he ever used? ARD. I called and scheduled a Consultation. I provided My information and waited for his Appearance at the Preliminary Hearing . He walked in. Late, A bit Disheveled but ready to go...so I thought. He contacted No One on my list of Witness" I provided him at our consultation. If he had it would have given pause for the "Intern" from the Prosecutors Office with pursuing charges. The Charges would have been dropped had he argued my evidence. He will argue that an ARD was the "Only" defense but this is not true. Whenever I challenged his actions he became "Dismissive". I had questions. He does not like "Inquisitive Clients". Only Desperate and Obedient ones. I did however follow his lead. Not because I trusted him but because I had already paid him $500.00. I am now in a court of law, Intimidated by a threat I could do nothing about, Trusting he would. My hands were tied. I did eventually cut my losses but I feel it necessary to inform any future Consumers in hiring Ellis Klein to be very cautious. Do your "Due Diligence". An ARD Obsessed Attorney and Thousands of dollars you will pay out of "Your Pocket" to line His and the Courts.
