Empathetic and Effective

Ellis helped me immensely in handling a first-time DUI. Although I had refused to take a blood test, he was successful in getting me into the first time offender program (ARD) so that I could avoid a long-term criminal record and minimize the duration of my driver's license suspension. Because I wa...s able to complete my community service, alcohol evaluation and Alcohol Highway Safety course as well as pay all fines prior to my court date, I was eligible for the (6) month ARD program vs. the (12) month program which was an immense relief. Ellis and his assistant Lindsey were very empathetic and responsive and Ellis is very familiar with the court system and its members in Bucks County.

A perfect 10

Ellis Klein was very helpful with my case. He is very knowledgeable in the area of DUI and also very honest in all aspects. Very kind and respectful man and takes his time with you to thoroughly explain everything.

Attny Ellis Klein's Invaluable Assistance with an Adult DUI Case

Ellis Klein is a terrific attorney. He represented my son in an adult DUI case. Ellis was understanding and sympathetic yet very forthright regarding the seriousness of the issue. He was extremely knowledgeable of the process and kept us informed at every step. He was very accommodating of our s...chedule and often went out of his way to take on many of the administrative burdens that would have normally been our responsibility. He had a very professional presence, was confident (but not arrogant) and kept us calm throughout a very traumatic situation. He was a critical factor in my son receiving the best possible outcome from this DUI event.

Hardest Worker Around

Ellis Klein is the best! I hired him for a dui over a year ago, and got a driving with license suspension afterwards. Ellis Klein not only kept me out of jail, but got my charges knocked down to less than the bare minimum, and I received a refund from all the fines I had to pay. Ellis was honest and... trustworthy and worked hard to help me continue to rebuild my life back.

Superb representation

Obviously I was petrified about what was going to happen to me when I got a DUI. I contacted Ellis B. Lein through a recommendation from a friend.. It was the best thing I ever did. I felt comfortable with Ellis from our first meeting on. I could see Ellis was knowledgable and serious about his prof...ession. Ellis made me feel like my DUI was our problem, not just mine, Ellis fully explained the charges, our options, and we put a plan together that made me feel 100% better about my situation. Ellis kept in touch with me to make sure I was working to complete the plan we put together. I completed the items that would make a positive impact on the legal authorities and prove to them that I was serious about my DUI and straightening out my life related to drinking. The police and township judge recognized my efforts and worked with me in regard to my mistake. The sentencing judge immediately recognized and acknowledged my efforts to help my situation moving forward. I received the minimum sentence allowable which was a huge relief and obviously proved that the plan we put together was the correct avenue to follow. Moving forward I would recommend Ellis B. Klein to represent any of my family and friends with a DUI or any other legal problems they may have. Good Luck with your legal issue.
