Recommend Ellis 100%

After getting a DUI in Bucks County, I called Ellis the following day. The first lawyer I tried calling practically dismissed my phone call, but Ellis took the time to explain to me what was going on, and how the process works. He did this in an honest manner, keeping me optimistic, but still realist...ic. Along the way he patiently guided me through the courts and the ARD process. He was very responsive to my emails and phone calls, as I had many questions about what was going on. I may have been a bit overzealous, but I never sensed any frustration from him. I initially got denied ARD, but luckily I had Ellis on my side. He assisted me in putting reconsideration materials, and he aggressively pursued reconsideration, and ultimately we were successful. In the days leading up to the reconsideration decision and the ARD court date, his correspondence was second to none, even informing me of my success well into the evening on a weeknight. Because of Ellis, I avoided jail time, a criminal record, and more. I am extremely grateful. Thanks Ellis.

Your #1 pick

Ellis Klein was the best representation I could ask for. I received a first offense DUI in addition to going 85 mph in a 55 mph zone. With his experience and connections Ellis was able to get the speeding charge dropped, as well as a careless driving charge, and disregarding traffic lane. The kic...ker came when it was time for my preliminary hearing. I am not proud to say that I woke up unintentionally late for my hearing, in fact 15 minutes after I was scheduled to be there. I freaked out and called Ellis, he handled the situation and no harm was done. This doesn't mean you should skip out on your hearing, DO NOT MISS YOUR PRELIMINARY HEARING. Also, if he doesn't get back to you RIGHT AWAY do NOT be alarmed. He's a very busy man and has many clients, because he's the best. All in all I am HIGHLY satisfied with Mr. Klein's work and would happily seek his council if needed in the future.

Mr Klein helped us with a somewhat extended DUI case and was very helpful even after the court date and gave us the best outcome we could hope for.

The B Stands for Brilliant

Ellis is a true Professional who does whatever it takes to get you the best possible outcome of your case. After enrolling in the ARD program for a DUI, and doing everything Ellis advised me to do, my record was expunged. He and his staff was always available to take my calls or return them as soon a...s possible. Ellis is so well like by the Judges, Attorneys, Law Enforcement, and Court Clerks, you feel as though you have an advantage in winning your case. Professional, Diligent, & Established

I hired Ellis after I was stopped for a DUI off of 95 in Bucks County. Over the course of the next few days, I must have gotten hundreds of advertisements in the mail. After calling around and getting a feel for lawyers, I felt the most comfortable with Ellis. When I met with Ellis, I had explaine...d that I had a prior drug related conviction and he informed me that I would be ineligible for the ARD program. After hearing this news, my options were very slim in avoiding Jail Time. He gave me some suggestions and mentioned that if I were to pro-actively become an inpatient for my alcohol abuse, that the judge may be lenient in my sentencing. Going to rehab was probably the best decision I made and it paid off greatly. I did not have to go to jail, and now all I've got are some fines and a non reporting probation. Ellis was confident in every step of my case and also worked with me in his lawyer fees. I strongly suggest Ellis Klein for your DUI case!
