Honest

Ellis helped my a few years back with a bankruptcy. It was that experience that had me call on him again. The bankruptcy went flawless. This time was a dui case. Great Lawyer

I received a DUI with 3rd tier punishments. Mr. Klein wrote me a plan of what to do to get ready for court and get me ready for ARD. I was denied at first, but Mr. Klein kept pushing and got the courts to reconsider and accept me into the program. He saved my record and I'm very thankful. I would hig...hly suggest him he's honest,fair, and overall great lawyer.

ARD Denial Turnaround

I was charged with a tier 2 DUI in Pennsylvania (I live in NJ) and was denied ARD. This was my first experience with being charged with anything and arrested, so as you can imagine, I was quite unnerved about the entire experience. From the onset of retaining Mr. Klein as my attorney, he kept me wel...l-informed through the entire process. This was a major factor in gaining my trust and boosted my confidence in retaining him as my lawyer. Additionally, he suggested I attend AA meetings and obtain letters of character reference. Because of his suggestions along with his knowledge and experience of the law, I was granted ARD and I did NOT lose my NJ license. Furthermore, his assistant Lindsey complements his practice well. She kept me in "the loop" and expeditiously answered any questions I may have had regarding my case. I highly recommend Ellis Klein to anyone who has been charged with a DUI--he is professional, personable and knowledgeable of Pennsylvania and New Jersey laws, but most of all his years of experience in the field make him the first choice for a DUI attorney. If you want to have a positive outcome with the best results, I suggest retaining Ellis Klein as your DUI lawyer.

Excellent Legal Counsel

Having made a few horrible decisions, I found myself in need of legal support. As a result of drinking and driving(2 arrests/10 years apart), my career and livelihood were in jeopardy. I interviewed 3 different attorneys and each had a different "vibe" and approach to my situation. Ellis was, hand...s-down, the best attorney for my case. He was interested in listening to my needs and providing me the best approach to achieving the appropriate result. He was honest with me as we made every effort to provide the DA with a reason to work with me and the charges. Ellis continued to remind me that the chances were slim, but he supported me in the effort. Sure enough, the DA was not willing to work with me, but the efforts were excellent reflection points. At trial, the material gathered was enough to get some flexibility from the Judge. The mandatory minimum sentence is absolutely adhered to, but the flexibility allowed me to move some things in my life around. Ellis's efforts borrowed me the necessary time and the flexibility gained from the courts may very well have saved my career. The reflection process leading up to the trial, guided by Mr. Klein will always be a valuable life lesson that I will look back on with great appreciation. I am not proud that I made the mistakes that I have made, however, I am grateful of the opportunities that remain available in the future. I can attest that Mr. Klein helped tremendously during what was one of the most painful and terrifying experiences in my life. Thank you very Much, Ellis. Tip: He is not a cliche' attorney. He shows compassion and E-mail responses are unbelievably prompt!

Excellent Attorney

I had retained Ellis Klein after having met a couple of attorneys practicing DUI related offences. He was undoubtedly the most knowledgeable among them. He instills confidence in his clients and works very hard for them. He heard me out patiently and explained me the whole process. Communicating wi...th him was never any problem since he always answered my calls and emails. I was always kept informed about everything that was going on at every step of the way. Initially my ARD petition was denied but Ellis requested a review and convinced the concerned ADA to reverse the decision. With Ellis Klein you can be confident that you are in good hands.
