Very Glad I Chose Ellis

I was charged with my second DUI and used Avvo to search for lawyers. I found Ellis and shot him an email, hoping we could speak. He was prompt and accommodating and scheduled a time to hear my story one weekend. I explained what had happened and he blatantly told me what consequences I was facing an...d what my best options were. Hesitant to make a choice, I looked into another lawyer, and met with him. This other lawyer pretty much tried to scare me into hiring him. He proceeded to tell me I was facing definite jail time, along with horror stories of what jail is like to try to get some kind of horrified reaction out of me. With such an important decision to make, I was torn. I read Ellis's reviews, and there's definitely a reason there are so many positive reviews! I'm sincerely glad I chose him. He always told me all of the scenarios but also maintained the mentality that he was going to get me the best possible outcome. And that he did! Instead of 90 days in jail and 18 months of license suspension, I received 10 days of house arrest and 12 months of license suspension. Ellis truly knows what he's doing and knows how to treat his clients. I was very scared so I had a lot of dumb questions, and he very promptly answered them all. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs help and guidance with a DUI situation.

DUI Support

I had a difficult DUI case to defend, Ellis Klein provided the genuine effort and superior strategic planning skills that I desperately needed. Ellis dug in and worked with me on an effective plan. He was more than a lawyer, he acted like a friend. He really cared about me and put forth every bit of... energy he could. Highly recommended!!

I revived a packet from Ellis after receiving a dui. I have never been in trouble before this event and was obviously nervous. I had a meeting and Ellis reassured me he would be able to handle my case. He went out of his way to talk to me before the court hearing knowing I had anxiety and helped calm... my nerves. He got me ard and it is now all off of my record. Highly recommended to anyone needing great advise!

Superb!

I had 2 outstanding cases in Bucks County for roughly 3.5 years which had multiple active warrants. My cases were DUI and Driving Under Suspension with Parole Violations. I was living in Florida after drug and alcohol treatment. My life was really taking off all while staying clean and actively worki...ng my recovery. I was scared to face the music but knew it had to be done so I could move forward and put the past behind me. I looked around Avvo for a qualified lawyer and came across Ellis Klein as well as a few others. I contacted these Bucks County lawyers and after speaking with Ellis I knew he was the guy for me. He immediately made me feel comfortable in the fact that he would be there for me and fight the whole way to get the best possible outcome. I wasn't disappointed. He exceeded my expectations and worked with the courts to get me the ABSOLUTE BEST POSSIBLE SENTENCE I could've gotten. I thought I'd be going upstate due to my prior record. Ellis was able to advocate for me to the DA, Parole department and the Judge. My sentence was reduced to the minimum amount of time I was legally able to receive, all ran concurrent and I couldn't have been happier! He even took my phone calls while I was incarcerated as well as coming up to have a meeting before court. I highly recommend Mr. Klein to anyone seeking legal counsel. Thank you for all your help!

Phenomenal

Upon receiving my second DUI in April of 2015, I researched my legal options and was very impressed with Ellis Klein. From the first time I met with him, I was very satisfied. He is extremely knowledgeable – particularly about DUI/DWI cases – but also very straightforward. He did an exceptional job o...f discussing my options and preparing me for subsequent outcomes. He advised me of what exactly I needed to do to be as ready as possible. His professionalism and ability were on display in the courtroom, as he was successfully able to argue for house arrest, which was ultimately granted.
