DUI Attorney

Ellis represented me in my DUI case. Ellis and his Team were excellent in handling all my questions and concerns. He fought to get me in the ARD program for which I am grateful. Ellis made my very regrettable event a lot easier to get through. His knowledge and expertise of the legal system assiste...d in getting my case in a lesser bracket of punishment. I highly recommend Ellis for legal matters of this nature. I have learned a valuable lesson and gained an excellent lawyer in the process.

Be represented by the best!

When I was arrested for DUI, I was referred to Mr. Ellis Klein by a family member who consulted with several attorneys and retained Ellis. He was very happy with the outcome Ellis achieved on his behalf. He specifically was impressed with how professional, polished, and knowledgable Ellis is. My ...case was more complicated than my relative's case, however, I heard such good things about Ellis that I decided to retain him immediately. Having a trusted advisor at a time like this is priceless. During every interaction I had with Ellis, he treated me with respect, warmth, and compassion. Ellis earned my trust quickly. He was almost always available when I called. When he was in court or with another client, he returned my calls/emails the same day and often within an hour. He explained every step of the process but because I was so overwhelmed and not absorbing everything immediately, I often asked him to repeat information. Ellis was extremely patient and took the time to make sure I understood what was happening now and what to expect next. During my court appearances, I observed how Ellis interacted with judges, police officers, ADAs, court personnel, etc...He clearly is well respected and has very good relationships within the legal community. Ellis' technical expertise is impressive, however, what sets him apart from other attorneys is his well developed professional network...this is a critical attribute when someone is representing you! Seeing how well regarded Ellis is by the people in a position to decide my fate inspired me with confidence in my decision to work with Ellis. As Ellis predicted, I was originally turned down for ARD. This meant I would lose my license for a year, have a record (which would impact my career), and spend time in jail. The prospect of going to jail distressed me the most. Mr. Klein was direct and honest with me. He did not promise anything other than to work diligently on my behalf. I was grateful that Ellis did not make false promises. Ellis encouraged me to appeal my ARD denial. Although I didn't have hope for a positive outcome and wanted to accept the decision, Ellis was the voice of reason and followed up with me to submit an appeal. I am so glad that I listened to my trusted advisor...my denial was overturned and I was granted ARD! This was an outcome far better than I expected. Nothing short of a miracle!! Ellis advocated tirelessly on my behalf when I wanted to give up. He took steps to ensure the court treated me as an individual and not just another file on the DA's desk. I would not have fought as hard for myself as Ellis fought for me. I would not have gotten the results I did on my own or with another attorney. I saw first hand that Ellis stands out from his peers. The only reason I avoided jail time is because Ellis represented me. If you are charged with a DUI, do not try to navigate this process on your own. Do not hire an attorney who is abrasive and/or doesn't have a good relationship with the people who will be deciding your case. Once you've made the right decision to retain Ellis, do these three things... 1. Listen to everything he says. 2. Follow his instructions. 3. Take comfort in the fact you are being represented by THE BEST!

DUI

Against all odds, my husband received the minimum sentence with house arrest for 90 days, rather than 1 year in jail. Ellis was worth every penny we paid. If he does not answer his phone immediately, he returns calls promptly. He kept us informed and prepared us for trial. If you are facing DUI, ...Ellis is your guy!! Thank you Ellis.

The Best Choice in Bucks County

I had gotten a DUI and, having never had any experience with the legal process, I was very nervous and afraid of what was going to happen. Having received notice of the violation while away on vacation, I came home to a huge pile of mail from attorneys from all over the state offering their services.... Ellis was included in that pile but in addition to the letter he provided much more information than anyone else, including a pamphlet on DUI's. I immediately called him and he walked me through the process in a very calming and reassuring way. He listened to the whole story. After speaking with him I was confident that I had made the right decision in retaining him for my case. I was initially turned down for the ARD program but Ellis spoke to the arresting officer and he was willing to speak to the District Attorney on my behalf in favor of my being allowed ARD. He also spoke to the District Attorney and convinced him to call the police officer about the case. As a result of his Ellis's efforts, I did get into ARD. If you find yourself in a legal situation I strongly recommend Ellis. He knows Bucks County, the court system, the police departments and the judges in the area and is able to get the best possible outcome for everyone. He is super responsive and returns your calls, giving you as much time and information as you need be able to sleep at night. You can trust that your case is in the best hands with Ellis Klein.

I knew immediately Ellis was the lawyer i wanted to represent me. Professional, knowledgeable, honest and responsive. I hired Ellis after being arrested for DUI (2nd offense, 1st in PA) I was not ARD eligible, so i was facing series repercussions.
