Awesome Attorney

Ellis Klein is an awesome attorney. I would recommend him to anyone having dui problems. He fired question after question proving my case. He was there for me every step of the way and I couldn't be happier. He absolutely proved that he was the man for the job. Thanks to him, my case was dismissed. Great Lawyer

I highly recommend Ellis Klein. He represented me in DUI case of which I had a number over the years. Where most people would have gotten serious jail time, Mr. Klein was able to get me only 90 days of house arrest.

Best in town

Hands down Ellis is the best there is. We used him on a previous case and he got that case dismissed with just a citation. Now we hired him again for a 2nd offense DUI with ARD violation. Not only did he keep us calm and tried to give us as much information as possible about what may happen, but he g...ot us house arrest instead of jail time he also was able to get us an extension for living arrangements. We first hired another DUI lawyer before coming to Ellis and he did not give us half of the information we needed to know. If not for Ellis giving us the information we needed the result could have been a lot worse. There are no worries when hiring Ellis. No matter what you know you are always in good hands. I can't rave enough about Ellis.

DUI/ARD

Every parent's worst nightmare is to have their young adult child in legal trouble. We never thought we would receive that call that would change our family's life instantly. Our son travelled a straight and narrow path for 20 years until he had a serious lack of judgement on New Year's Day to get... on the road intoxicated. As a first time offender meeting all the required items on the application, we provided guidance to our son that he could independently apply for ARD to save money on using a lawyer for this serious one-time occurrence; however, the DA used its discretion to reject the application based on some additional details in the police report that we did not see. While we tried to navigate the legal system on our own, we came to the conclusion that this situation would not have a good outcome without a lawyer. Ellis stood out to us because his DUI literature we received in the mail was educational and honest. We believe it is essential to have a lawyer with experience in the Court to which you are charged, as well as someone with good networking skills and relationships to get the best results with the DA making the final decision. After providing additional documentation and letters about the character of our son, Ellis was able to have the DA reconsider him for ARD for which he ultimately was accepted. Ellis was straightforward and told us what we could expect every step of the way. We especially like how accessible he was at all times. You can e-mail him or call him and you can expect a response within hours or even minutes. He answered all questions and concerns with utmost professionalism and empathy. He would update us regularly on any conversations or actions he had taken with respect to our son's case. It was actually worth the money to know that you had him working for the best outcome that you most likely would not have gotten on your own.
