Experience

If your freedom is in jeopardy, You need Jason Mattioli

I first contacted Jason and immediately he sensed that I was nervous and scared. He asked what the situation was, and immediately put me at ease and scheduled a consultation meeting the very next day. After meeting Jason, he felt like a friend I have known for years. He was very down to earth, he had... a way of explaining how the process worked, in terms that I could even understand not being an attorney. Jason reviewed my case and with confidence said we will take this to trial! Jason didn’t surgar coat anything, he was honest with me, he told me if I felt your case was not winnable, I would tell you. A big relief was lifted off of my shoulders, I left his office and for the first time in days I was able to breathe. Throughout preparation for trial, Jason kept in constant contact with me. He forwarded all information regarding the case as soon as he received it. Never once did I feel lost, in the dark, wondering what was going on, what was happening. Jason would always take my calls, return my messages in a very timely manner. That is so important when you are constantly in your head wondering what was happening. Jason put me at ease. Not only is Jason an outstanding attorney, Jason is a wonderful caring, compassionate human being. The man in court is also brilliant. He has a demeanor to him where he commands the courtroom. He is well spoken, he has a brilliant memory, he doesn’t read off a prompter, he is well prepared where it’s imbedded in his brain.
