If 6 stars were an option, Jason would get all 6!

Jason wasn't the first attorney we hired, but we really wish he had been. We wasted 10k on the big name guy in town for an outcome that was, let's just say, less than ideal. Yes, Jason's a good lawyer and does all the right lawyerly things. But more importantly, our case was important to him and ...we weren't just another retainer fee looking for a home. Once Jason was our attorney, we felt he was reallly on our side. Things got done. Phone calls were returned. Hearings were scheduled and held. We understood what was probably going to happen at all times. I can recommend Jason Mattioli wholeheartedly and, if I need to, I'll retain him again in a heartbeat!

Contentious and Professional

I hired Jason to represent my interests regarding employee dishonesty. The employee made ludicrous accusations, which her bottom feeder attorney sensationalized to assault my character and reputation. Jason was meticulous in his handling of my case. He gave sound legal counsel to assist me in disprov...ing the false accusations. He demanded that I receive an apology in open court as part of the plea agreement. He was a calming force at a turbulent time. I am forever grateful. Thanks Jason.

EXPERIENCE AT ITS BEST

Mr Matioli was one of the BEST decisions I've made in getting Justice.Hes compassionate,Prepared,and very Professional.He is someone who really cares about the people he represents and works very hard to get the best outcome for those he represents.

Very good lawyer, confident, positive outcomes.

My case was very high-profiled, and there was a lot of twists and turns throughout the process.. I have had about 5 lawyers (with the high-profiled case and others), and I can honestly say that Jason was the best of them all. He kept me positive, and actually formulated strategies for the best possib...le outcome. Other lawyers will just go with the ebb and flow - Jason looks down the road, and sets up moves in advance.
