Hired for a potential p.v. involving possession of a firearm. Based on past experience, violating probation in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania for even the smallest things can land you in an unfair world of trouble for no good reason. A few days after hiring his firm he spoke to my probation offic...er over the phone. I'm not exactly sure what he said/did but 2 weeks later I found out from my p.o. that they were not going to take any further actions against me and that was that. I don't even know if he did anything. All I know is he spoke to my probation officer and after that, I found out they would not be violating me and that was as far as that went.
