Knowledgeable and professional

Dawn was great. She walked me through every step of processing my bankruptcy. She explained what I needed to do, and what to expect. When I had questions, she got me answers. She actually helped take away the embarrassment that I felt at having to take the step of filing. I would have to say that Daw...n knows her job and does it well.p

She works for you!

From day one, Dawn has rescued me! After having a bad experience with another local BK attorney and ending up in a worse off situation than when I began the BK process, Dawn was my voice of reason. No matter what, she supports her clients and doesn’t let panic sit in. I love the ability to see her vi...a video conferencing and her quick response to emails and calls. Dawn has protected my assets and has helped me eliminate debt. I highly recommend her!

Great to work with

I came across Dawns website when I had decided to get a second opinion on potentially filing for bankruptcy. The original attorney sat with me for 3 minutes and made what I felt was a snap decision without really looking at my finances. I found Dawns website had a lot of great information and was wel...l set up so I decided to set up an appointment. Dawn is very knowledgeable in the laws and is very open and honest with what you can expect. She took the time to really review my finances and help me get into the best option possible for me. She was always willing to answer my questions and explain things in layman’s terms so you can really understand what is happening. Highly recommended!

Excellent Attorney

Excellent representation! Filing bankruptcy was a very emotional thing for me to do and I was extremely grateful for having Attorney Cutaia because she was very understanding and always showed compassion during this difficult time in my life. Compassionate & experienced!

Dawn Cutaia is an absolute gem to work with! My husband & I hired Dawn to work on our Bankruptcy case. She helped make an unfortunate situation into an exciting new chapter in our family’s lives! The experience & compassion is what had sold us! Before hiring Dawn we had consulted with a few different... attorneys who we had felt weren’t truly listening to our needs, but we didn’t give up. We came across Dawn Cutaia and didn’t look back, only forward! Its never easy making these types of decisions, but with Dawn she made us feel confident in our decision! She listened to our needs, understood our situation & for that we will forever be grateful to have had her with us through this journey. As much of a trying time it was, I would do it all over again with Dawn! The only thing we wish we would have done different- is doing it sooner! I recommend Dawn 100%!!
