She works for you!

From day one, Dawn has rescued me! After having a bad experience with another local BK attorney and ending up in a worse off situation than when I began the BK process, Dawn was my voice of reason. No matter what, she supports her clients and doesn’t let panic sit in. I love the ability to see her vi...a video conferencing and her quick response to emails and calls. Dawn has protected my assets and has helped me eliminate debt. I highly recommend her!

Great to work with

I came across Dawns website when I had decided to get a second opinion on potentially filing for bankruptcy. The original attorney sat with me for 3 minutes and made what I felt was a snap decision without really looking at my finances. I found Dawns website had a lot of great information and was wel...l set up so I decided to set up an appointment. Dawn is very knowledgeable in the laws and is very open and honest with what you can expect. She took the time to really review my finances and help me get into the best option possible for me. She was always willing to answer my questions and explain things in layman’s terms so you can really understand what is happening. Highly recommended!

Compassionate & experienced!

Dawn Cutaia is an absolute gem to work with! My husband & I hired Dawn to work on our Bankruptcy case. She helped make an unfortunate situation into an exciting new chapter in our family’s lives! The experience & compassion is what had sold us! Before hiring Dawn we had consulted with a few different... attorneys who we had felt weren’t truly listening to our needs, but we didn’t give up. We came across Dawn Cutaia and didn’t look back, only forward! Its never easy making these types of decisions, but with Dawn she made us feel confident in our decision! A Beacon in a Financial Storm

Several years ago, my married life was in poor health and my financial life was also suffering. The two were intertwined. Unexpectedly, my spouse left the home, a significant amount of debt, and I myself was shell shocked when child support payments began. I was in financial hell and that's when I ...contacted Dawn's firm. Dawn provided objective legal advice and provided options so I could make the best decision for me. Dawn was there every step of the way throughout the bankruptcy process. I had many questions as new circumstances arose during the process. Dawn would answer my questions and helped improve the total outcome. I finally got through the entire process and Dawn was there for me at the finish line. Highly recommend for bankruptcy and debt relief help

I owned a small business that was unfortunately too highly leveraged from the outset and slowly began to sink. I was beyond stressed when I received a judgement notice from a credit card. I was so lucky to find Dawn's very easy to navigate website, and she called me back instantly. Dawn is SO ...smart, she knows every in and out for PA bankruptcy and she took the time to walk me through all my options and legal ramifications. We looked at the advantages/disadvantages of both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13. She is experienced, and because of this she was able to help me know what to expect through the process. She put my mind at ease and I felt fantastic having her in my corner to navigate our very thorny legal system. Because of the assets in the business my Chapter 7 ended up being fairly complicated, but Dawn was always one step ahead of the process and I always felt prepared. Bankruptcy honestly scared me more than anything in my life ever had, and Dawn was really able to give me a sense of control during the process and also a sense of perspective. She is a very kind person and she made me feel so much better about the whole situation and she took away some of the inevitable feelings of guilt and judgement that I was going through personally. The highest praise I could give Dawn is to recommend her to family/friends and I have already done this. Honestly, you won't find a more knowledgeable, committed, and caring lawyer anywhere. Give her a call and start taking back your life, I promise things are MUCH better on the back end of this process!
