Very knowledgeable, helpful, responsive, friendly attorney helping me through difficult financial times!

Dawn was referred to me by a friend, and I couldn't be more grateful to them both. Dawn was very knowledgeable about the bankruptcy process and helped me every step of the way. She was always quick to respond to any emails or texts I sent her (even if I asked dumb questions). I'd highly recommend ...Dawn to anyone considering filing for bankruptcy.

Such a blessing through a difficult time!

I needed help with a financial situation, and this was my first time engaging with lawyers. Dawn was amazing in her knowledge depth and research thoroughness. I appreciated her direct, master-of-fact approach because I was educating myself along the way and straight talk helps way more than sweet tal...k. She explained things as needed and the digitized paper process made document transfers and signatures easy. A note to reader - Dawn is incredible at her job, and you must do your part. She is not there to make you feel good and address your emotional needs; she is there to be the best lawyer for your case. Take notes, do your homework, and follow through on your tasks. This will make your process smoother and faster, and you will enjoy some control within your situation. Of course Dawn cannot guarantee an outcome but she knows what to do and what questions to ask to give you the best help.

Customer Review for Dawn Cutaia

After experiencing major financial issues, my husband and I decided to look into bankruptcy. We were not familiar with the bankruptcy process, and we did not know anyone that could give us any advice. After searching on line, we came upon Dawn's name and after reading some of the reviews, we decided ...to give her a chance. After contacting her, she immediately jumped into action. Working with Dawn was a godsend. She explained everything very clearly: the process and what was expected from us, her fees, court fees, meetings, courses etc. She helped us through the entire process. When we had questions or needed additional help, she would call us right back. She was straight forward with her advise. We could not have done this without her. Dawn became our go to person. We are very happy we found her. Thank you Dawn for everything!!!

Life Saver

I can't say enough about Dawn. I was absolutely terrified going into this process and she was there until the end and beyond. She walked me through each step and answered my (many) questions. She was transparent and honest about how this would affect my life. If you are on the fence about declaring b...ankruptcy, I can't encourage you enough to work with Dawn.

Excellent experience!

Dawn was so kind and helpful. She made me feel totally at ease and unembarrassed by my situation. Ultimately, I decided not to file bankruptcy but she made herself totally available for that decision as well.
