Professional and Compassionate

Overwhelmed with the challenges of mounting debt, I contacted Attorney Cutaia. She did an outstanding job of providing information on the process and what would be needed to successfully file for bankruptcy protection. She was always available for consultation and ensured that all documentation was c...omplete and compliant. Dawn made a difficult situation as "painless" as possible. Exceptional, Excedllent Communication, Professional and Knowlegeable, Above and Beyond

We can't say enough about Dawn Cutaia. My husband and I were so stressed out when we met Dawn. The thought of Bankruptcy sent us riling to a place we did not want to go. We self-filed our Chapter 7 Bankruptcy petition because we were not sure who to turn to. When we attended the Creditors Meeting..., there was this "lady lawyer" representing a diverse number of clients. That was a plus for us. We liked her footwork, so to speak. She was sure footed, professional, knowledgeable, and treated her clients respectfully. Fortunately for us, the Trustee postponed our meeting, and my husband and I almost tripped over each other racing out of the Creditors Meeting to track down this lady lawyer. We were very impressed. So tracked her down we did. Dawn has handled our Bankruptcy case with precision. The best way we can sincerely thank her is to refer potential clients.

Above and Beyond!

Bankruptcy is scary, plain and simple! No one wants to admit they have reached that point. However, should that time come and you need an incredible attorney, I would absolutely recommend Dawn Cutaia to anyone who needs truly professional guidance with the one on one caring attention that larger firm...s would normally overlook. Dawn and Jessica are wonderful people to work with when all seems lost. I'm not the most organized person and being a single father of 2, I was terrified of losing my home. They took the fear away and made the process very easy. To put it bluntly, Dawn and Jessica saved me, my kids, and my home! Incredibly grateful for the personal attention I have received and the opportunity to have a 2nd chance that I didn't ever think was possible. Thank you so much!

Would definitely use Dawn for legal matters again and I would recommend her to family and friends!

Dawn helped me through a very difficult time when I had to file Ch. 7 bankruptcy. I remember calling Dawn and breaking down in tears about my situation. She calmly discussed the matter with me. Her caring, personable and professional demeanor helped me to calm down and focus on what needed to be don...e. She was always very personable and professional. She took time to speak with me on many occasions throughout the process. She also emailed me frequently, keeping me in the loop and up-to-date on the process. In addition, she was very willing to work with me when I needed to make arrangements regarding payment. Dawn helped me through an extremely difficult time in my life and I am so thankful that she was the lawyer who handled my case.

Exceptional!

I've been a client of Cutaia Law for over a year with an active chapter 13 bankruptcy. Prior to retaining Dawn I didn't know much about bankruptcy but now I actually understand the complicated process thanks to Dawn and Jess patiently answering all of my many questions. I can email them any time of... day and know that I will get a reply within minutes. They calmed me down when I was petrified about going to court and Dawn was right there with me making sure there were no issues. It was even easier than she told me it would be! Ultimately, Dawn not only saved my house but she kept my family together by removing all of our stress. I could not recommend her more highly.
