Effective and very patient

One of my adult children needed to file bankruptcy. Dawn was very patient. She helped us review the situation and determine whether bankruptcy was appropriate or not and which type to file. She was available to answer questions through the entire process. Since she was not in town at the time of the ...hearing, she lined up Kara Gendron for the hearing. Dawn handed everything. It was completely stress free and went off without any problems. I highly recommend her.

I was drowning and scared as I had no clue what to do.

I was drowning and scared as I had no clue what to do. When I contacted Dawn she treated me like a person, with respect. She walked me through all the steps and she answered my millions of questions. She wasn't pushy and made me feel extremely comfortable. She made the process as simple and easy as s...he could for me. I am so glad that I hired her. There really isn't anyone better. In all the stress and chaos with my debt situation, she made me feel less scared and that there was hope. I am forever grateful for her, she is the best!

Chapter 7

Dawn is a consummate professional not only did she help me get my financial situation straightened out in 2012 while representing me for my bankruptcy , some of the issues followed me to present day and she quickly ratified the situation while on vacation. That is definitely the lawyer I want repres...enting me.

Excellent and knowledgeable attorney

I can't possibly ssy enough about attorney Dawn Cutaia. When I first contacted her I was so lost with the legal ramifications of bankruptcy. She put me totally at ease and explained everything and how it would work from start to finish. I never felt like I was being brushed over or another "paycheck".... I was never made to feel like I was such a horrible person, she explained that unfortunately situations happen in your life and we made need help. Every email, text or phone call was addressed promptly. If you or someone you know needs an attorney I can't possibly emphasize enough what law office you need to call.
