From the start I was impressed with him. Our initial meeting was casual yet down to business, I felt like Brian was on my side and was going to fight for me through this process. He was a straight shooter who immediately went to work looking at different avenues that we could use to fight this. I really appreciated that he had a set price for each stage of the process, rather than charging by the hour. I had previously used an attorney who was hourly, and I was afraid to email, text, or call him because I knew that was going to result in a charge. With Brian I knew what each phase was going to cost, and I didn't have to worry about some question that I had costing me $300.
