Mr. Pollock prepares clinets with more then enough information prior to meeting.He then explains the mediation process. Issues are discussed and worked ou...t between both parties. Some subjects go quickly and are agreed to by both sides.And they feel ok. Some are more difficult. Some personal issues and sensitive feelings take more time to address. Attorney Pollock steps in to work things out and hopefully settled to both parties satifaction. The Mediator does not take a side.Mediators do not represent one person and does not give guidence to one party against the other. With the mediator's help and expertise; both parties hopefully will work out thier settlement. Divorce is not a comfortable situation at any time. Children, joint property, and money issues are unbelivable to resolve quickly or easy. But they must be addressed. I am so glad I found Jeffrey Pollock. The breakup of my marriage and having to go to court for child support was very intimidating to me.
