I will start off with the night of my arrest. I went to a local bar and grill ordered two appetizers And 3 shots of whiskey then immediately ordered two more and was given another by a stranger on st. Patricks day. From start to finish the time lapse was 12 min I then got in my car and started my 0.9...mile drive home. No more than 30 seconds from leaving the bar I was pulled over and had to preform a field test which they said I failed. After the hr drive and 20-30 min observational period I then blew for the official reading,the result being 0.18%BAC and then was charged with aggravated dwi,dwi speeding 46 in a 35, a license plate lamp out and passing a car unsafely. The next day devastated and scared out of my mind I called two firms, fiandach and Xavier. One night in a bad snow storm I slid on ice and went off the road. When the police arrived I was arrested for DWI and charged with DWAI as I blew less than .08.
