Fiandach and fiandach brought up a very interesting point immediately as I was looking at a 3rd DWI in less than ten years and while only being 28 this was a very serious offense. In December I was charged with DWI and Refusal after I skidded on ice and ended in a ditch. A few days after the incident, I contacted a number of attorneys and met with 2.
