IF YOU WANT RESULTS...HIRE FIANDACH

This past July I found myself in a situation I never thought I'd be in again. Let me start by saying in my early 20's I got two dwi's back in the early 90s. I never considered myself a heavy drinker, but definitely a irresponsible person when it came to that back in the day. Almost 20 years later, I ...am in my early 40s. I have a successful business and a family. A high school friend of mine called me up to meet for a drink who I hadn't seen in about 3 years. After leaving I sped up a little to early from a 30 to 55mph change and I again found myself in a position I never thought would happen again. I refused sobriety tests and breathalyzer and was arrested. This is when I found out about new NY laws, the 3 in 25 years. I was facing not driving for up to 5 years and possibly jail time. This is when I made the best decision hiring Ed Fiandach. When you refuse a breathalyzer, you have two court cases going. Your criminal court and your NYS DMV refusal hearing. First was the refusal hearing...the officer didn't show up and Fiandach was able to get my license restored while I was going through court. Then the criminal court, after many months of court we decided to take on a bench trial. Fiandach again came through and as a result I was charged with an ability impaired instead of a DWI. We still had one more huge hurdle to overcome(and they got over everyone we needed). The DMV refusal hearing. Even though I was found guilty of an impaired in court and could get my license back in 90 days, The DMV could still take it for 5 years. The last DMV refusal hearing was finally scheduled and we went in and Terence McCarty from Fiandach beat it, proving to the judge the officer didn't have probable cause to arrest me. I was astounded with the results. I was facing up to 5 years not driving and possibly jail time. I received an ability impaired and was able to drive most of the time throughout the process and full license back shortly after all court cases were complete. I had min. fines and no classes. If your worried about costs, spend them here because if you don't it will end up costing you a lot more down the road in fees and fines and classes. These guys truly are the best at what they do. I can't say enough

Ed Fiandach is the best DWI Lawyer

Ed Fiandach saved my career and a lot of pain / suffering of having a DWI on my record for 10 years. I am a young professional in corporate America. I made a very poor decision to drive after a long night of drinking in Rochester New York. I was pulled over on 490 west after the bridge by a state tro...oper. I was speeding, I mean flying. I was clocked at 93 in a 40. I was hammered and there was a strong odor of marijuana in the car. I refused all the tests because I knew I was going to fail. They searched the car and found an eighth of marijuana. I was charged with a DWI, speeding, possession of a controlled substance , and driving without a license. I thought my life was over and I was going to lose my career job over a stupid mistake. The best decision I made was make Ed Fiandach my lawyer. Right at the first meeting I knew he was the right man for the job. He calmed me down immediately. First thing he said was I promise you that you will not lose your job or see a day in jail. He was not bluffing. I was in court for a long time but everything was dropped except the speed because they had me clocked which he even got reduced with community service. I can not tell you how impressed I was with his actions and presence in court. My life would of been over if I was convicted of all these charges. If you are pulled over and are under the influence don't wait call Ed Fiandach he will be the best lawyer you can pick. I don't know how his prices compare to other lawyers but honestly it shouldn't matter, he will get you off your charges.

REALLY made the Right Choice

Today was a gas. It was my first day in court with Mr. Fiandach and the judge asked him for advice on the law on someone elses' case. Yes, another case with a person who had another lawyer. The Judge looked to Mr. Fiandach, mentioned his book, asked where the answer could be found and then, becaus...e he did not have the book with him asked what the answer was. Yup, I made the right choice!

Magic!

Words really can't describe this guy. He is fabulous. I and my family owe our future to him. I know I was guilty, very guilty (.17) but he never gave up. Although I was discouraged through much of the process, on the day of trial, Ed produced a document that destroyed the breath test. After it w...as over, and I'm not kidding, the Judge told Ed his nickname should be "Magic"!

They Really Know Their Job

Immediately after being charged with my DWI, I called a number I'd heard on the radio. I met with the lawyer, but just wasn't feeling it. Then a friend told me that they had used Fiandach and Fiandach. I met with Ed and immediately felt comfortable. He was serious, compassionate, and had a head f...or the details. Throughout the case it was the same, I really liked him. When we got to court it was amazing. Ed is a real master. He ran the courtroom. His cross-examining was riveting. At one point, I was so caught up that I nearly forgot that it was my trial. When the verdict came back "not guilty" I really was not surprised; after Ed's performance it simply could not have been different. Throughout my case the entire staff was prompt, efficient, courteous and understanding. If you find yourself in a DWI jam, take my advice, call Ed.
