One night I made a really bad decision that was completely out of my character. I was pulled over for 3 traffic violations. I was examined by a drug recognition expert and found to be ability impaired by drugs. My future was hanging in the balance as I am in the medical field. Fiandach and fiandach brought up a very interesting point immediately as I was looking at a 3rd DWI in less than ten years and while only being 28 this was a very serious offense. He stated that my first DWI should have been YO'd as I was mandatory youthful offender. This would have resulted in my se...cond NOT being a felony and the current being my first felony.
