When I first encountered Fiandach & Fiandach I thought my life was over. I was facing a state prison sentence for not learning my lesson the first time. Fortunately, this time I did my research. Mr. Fiandach's website sets out that he is Board Certified and i can see why. His knowledge and skil...l in the courtroom immediately set the prosecution running. He has a commanding presence coupled with a very likeable demeanor. His team is highly experienced and skilled. Although I was represented by several lawyers from his firm during the proceeding the quality was uniform and very high. I see that there is one unfavorable opinion posted. I cannot believe that it is true. It must have been posted by a competitor since it clearly does not describe the firm I dealt with. The bottom libe is that if you are arrested for DWI in New York, your out of your mind if you go somewhere else.
