Ed Fiandach recently represented me in my first (and only) DWI case. I blew a 0.15 and thought for sure there was no way out of this. I work in healthcare and hold a professional license in NYS, so it was especially important for me to get this knocked down to a DWAI (driving while ability impaired...) or found not guilty. As this was my first offense, I was more than worried. The staff at Fiandach & Fiandach put me totally at ease. Ed Fiandach personnally handled my case. Although I was represented by several lawyers from his firm during the proceeding the quality was uniform and very high. I see that there is one unfavorable opinion posted. I cannot believe that it is true. It must have been posted by a competitor since it clearly does not describe the firm I dealt with. The bottom libe is that if you are arrested for DWI in New York, your out of your mind if you go somewhere else.
