As many other reviewers say, at our first meeting he made me feel at ease. He informed me that this was going to be no easy task and was quite c...lear in informing me that we might not win. While I was a client he always returned my calls promptly and kept me informed with letters and emails. Also, at no additional charge, I could meet with him when ever I wanted. When we went to trial I was astounded by the manner in which works. He told me in advance that he does not use notes when he cross-examines and he doesn't! He KNOWS every detail in his head! He knew every fact and cross-examined the cop right into the ground. He actually got him to admit that he might have made a mistake when he said I was drunk! I swear I will never drive drunk again, but if YOU have, there is only one place you should go, Fiandach and Fiandach.

Ed Fiandach is a magician in the courtroom. I did my research and hired him after getting my 5th DWI, I was facing major time in prison. The D.A. offered me a plea deal for 2 to 6 years upstate. My case was horrible, I failed the breathalyzer, double the legal BAC, admitted to the arresting officer t...hat I was drinking, even signed a statement against myself.
