Mr. Shaw is hands down the best attorney in WNY! I have had lingering issues for years and even high end, very well advertised attorneys couldn't get done what Mr. Shaw did. His prices were beyond reasonable and he went above and beyond to get resolution, in my favor, for my decades old charge, histo...ry clearing. For certificates of relief from disability he is the ONLY one of the attorneys I had try to resolve this, to actually get it done. I wish I could give a 100 star review!!! Richard Shaw is a top notch professional. The services he provided were impeccable. He returned all phone calls promptly and answered all of my questions while also offering informed suggestions that benefitted me greatly before we when before the judge. Mr. Shaw made the so called impossible, actually possible. I was being charged with a Felony and figured my life was ruined by a criminal record that would never go away. However, with Mr. Shaw's knowledge and willingness to fight for his customers I ended up with a disorderly conduct charge and I ...am now able to move forward with my life. Richard shaw is an amazing lawyer! I recommend him to anyone that has any court cases in his area of expertise. I had hired Richard Shaw a few times. The first time, years ago a friend I was with was shoplifting and I had no idea. After I cashed out & paid for my things I was taken with my friend and... arrested for shoplifting since we walked out of the store together. I hired Mr. Shaw and he got all my charges dropped and off my record. A few months ago I had a bench warrant for not paying my fine, and also for not completing 75 hours of community service that I was supposed to pay and complete over a year ago. Not a good situation seeing as it has been so long and judges hate that! I again hired Mr. Shaw he called the detective that put the warrant out for me and arranged a date that was good for myself to go turn myself in. He met me at the police station, and waited in the court room for me. I got off with only a fine and a few hours of community service. I'll be honest I should have been arrested and I should have either went to jail or post bail and get a much worse punishment! Richard Shaw is the best!
