I hired Richard to handle my boyfriend's cases after 5 months of being shrugged off / being unable to reach the lawyers on his cases. The first time I called he immediately got back to me and communicated with me while he was on vacation! He was very direct as far as letting me know what to do on my ...end, since I was still unfamiliar with the process. Things that should have been done months before were wrapped up within a week. After going so long without any information it was a relief to have him consistently update me after anything happened. I'm a student and can say his pricing is very reasonable.
