Ms. Haber spent a good length of time going over my Opt-out Agreement and gave me good advise regarding it yet because she does not do QDRO’s she referred me to someone who could look at both the Agreement issues I had as well as the QDRO’s I needed and she did so without a payment! Usually she rolls... the consultation fee into her retainer amount but since she felt it was in my best interest to have one lawyer who could meet all the needs I had, there was no place to roll the fee into. I told her I felt I owed her because of the good length of time she spent with me and the advice she gave, but she asked me to pay it back in recommendations. So that is what I am doing , here and elsewhere! Knowledgeable, talented, trustworthy and honorable.
