I have only one complaint here: 5 stars is not enough. I hired Barrett as my attorney to handle a complex and contentious divorce. It was complicated further by the problematic team of my ex and his attorney that seemed to operate in some alternate universe. No problem for Barrett though who plowed t...hrough every single area we were fighting for and got me all I wanted in every area. He then decided that wasn't enough and successfully fought for even more than I was asking for. We didn't even go to trial because he had prepared for trial so well and the opposing team knew it. I can't say enough about his legal knowledge, negotiating brilliance, integrity, ethics, professionalism, concise yet highly effective writing, super fast response time, and can-do team. I have recommended Barrett and his team to one close friend and two family members and all three had above and beyond successful outcomes. There is no attorney in the country I would choose over Barrett; the choice is that simple.

Barrett Mack was the original lawyer for my divorce trial and I retained him again when my ex filed an appeal of the judgment of divorce. Barrett completed all of his filing/paperwork with the court in a timely fashion and was able to support his argument against the appeal with citations of law. H...e displayed an accurate understanding of the laws that applied to my case and utilized them to bolster his arguments in court. Barrett and his team of lawyers worked diligently on my case throughout the time it took to argue and win this appeal. When Barrett argued my case in front of the appellate division, he utilized concise statements and his knowledge of the applicable laws was extensive. He was able to win my case because of all of this. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the professionalism and kindness of Barrett and the staff members in his office. Each person is treated with respect and they work hard for their clients and their clients’ interest. I would highly recommend Barrett Mack and his office.

It felt like a miracle had happened. If, like me, you need a pit bull to “grab the terrorist by the throat and not let go”, then Barrett is your man. He is sharp, ethical, knows the law cold, empathetic, passionate, and quite simply brilliant. If Barrett can so successfully deliver me from the abyss I was in then I cannot imagine any challenge would be out of his league. Because of Barrett, not only have I survived a living nightmare but now my child and I are thriving. My only regret was not finding Barrett Mack from the beginning. He is truly my hero.
