If I could say anything, it would be that my loan servicer changed in the middle of t...he temporary modification payments I was making. If your payments are late, it isn't good for your case. This was annoying to say the least. I had to show proof and send money to my loan servicer via Western union.. Everything ended up working out fine. After a couple of years of not making the money I normally did, using my savings to keep up with my bills I was unexpectedly out of work for a couple of months and I fell behind on my mortgage by 3 months and the bank put me into foreclosure.
