Where to begin. These guys said they had experience negotiating SBA loans down to 40 cents on the $. They charged a flat fee and immediately handed me off to Malina, a paralegal. It took a bit of prodding for her to call Treasury (which, I had told her the SBA had transferred my loan to), and another... two weeks for her to inform me that Treasury did not have my loan after all. (They did. Pro-tip: It helps to give them the loan number.) When I said, what happens now, she said, we work out a payment plan (which I'd already had). When I said, what happened to forty cents on the dollar, Malina started sputtering. I didn't bother asking for my money back. I'd avoid at all costs - literally, I'd pay money not to have given these guys my money.

We had the worst experience! We hired them to help us with obtaining a home loan modification but all they did was drag their feet so they can collect their monthly charges ! They changed the mailing address to our account to their New York address and we never received copies of all the letters sent... to our attention to their address. One of those letter from our lender offered for us to meet face to face to discuss our mortgage loan but they never forward this communication to us. We only received this copy of this letter months after we discontinued their service and hired an attorney. Company is also failing to forward all documents from our files so our current attorney can truly help us with our home. My law they must send us the copies but they have disappeared and are failing to reply to our emails. Stay away!!!

I decided to hire Mr. Aronow and h...is firm to help me apply for a loan modification. the first 3 months after hiring this firm I was certain they could help me in my situation. I became very skeptical after several weeks passed and my team responsible for my case kept asking for the same documentation which I had sent. I decided to call my bank , after speaking with a representative I was told my bank has not been in communication with anybody from the firm and has not received ANY documentation to open a case. after my call with the bank I called the firm and was not able to reach anyone. the next day I called my team and was offered a refund. I am a very disappointed client.
