I have been trying to save my home for about 18 months prior to contacting the law firm. Bank of America just gave me the run around every call from them was for requesting documents, then a call asking for the same documents. Then again for up to date documents. No help. They were trying to make me ...so discouraged to just walk away. Feeling so depressed. Then I here an ad on the radio and decided to call. To my amazement I finally saw a positive outcome in the future. BOA tried to do the same thing with the attorney, but was stopped dead in their tracks. To a point where they sent the loan to another servicer. From that point everything went as planned docs turned in and reviewed not long after that I had a trial payment plan and now my loan is in good standings. Couldn't have done it without your help!
