Strong Advocate

I was fortunate to have Ms. Wenz successfully represent me in a appellate matter. Although my case was a criminal matter, and not her primary area of practice, Ms. Wenz believed in my case and agreed to file the appeal. Undoubtedly, her hard work, strong writing, and dedication to my case were the... reasons why the initial charges against me were all dismissed on appeal. disappointed

Her lack of experience cost me the ability to choose the grounds I wanted to file. Her billing is excessive and escalated because she bills for same services completed by paralegal. Went through retainer after two months.

Numerous counsel fee awards have held that I am a well respected and experienced practitioner in the field of matrimonial law and perform legal services that are reasonable and necessary. My billing practices and fees are found to be in keeping with the customary fees charged by other law firms of similar qualifications.
