I signed agreement with and paid Russ Kofman $5,000 deposit in Lebedin Korman, LLP in Jan 2021. Michael Leinoff was my attorney and helped with my case for 2 months to close a settlement. I have emailed and asked Russ and the firm for my itemized bills and refund for 9 months. Unfortunately, the...y never refunded my money. They never provided my the itemized bills at all.

I hired this firm based on the conversation prior once the retainer was received the shenanigans began The firm is very unresponsive to emails calls and texts They are rude the entire firm except the billing department No updates about your case no if it's serious or not this people don't care at al...l and need to be reported They take advantage of you during your most vulnerable time When bcalling about your court case they go days with no response and when they do no clear communication about your case or court updates They have a new assistant that is just as terrible rude and unresponsive Best advise is run and do your research They need to be reported to the attorney bar
