I would be remiss if I did not write regarding my humbling experience with Mr. Steve Raiser and Ms. Melissa Carpinello and share my story. Many months ago, I was wrongly accused by New York State of getting a fraudulent ID by the DMV. I was threatened with the chance of incarceration or possible... deportation for a felony that not only did I not commit, but I was also completely clueless about. Mr. Raiser is an extremely effective attorney. He took upon my case when I was initially being arraigned. On the date of arraignment he was able to get me released on my own recognize prior to me having an open case. This was my first time meeting him and I immediately thanked him as I thought I woul...d have had my bail revoked. I hired Steve to get me out of some trouble I got myself into. Today was the final appearance after All the Covid delays. I must say I am amazed how he negotiated with the DA.
