Not trustworthy, Not reponsive and he never kept me informed. In fact, John is arrogant and ineffective. After several years and massive debt, he has still not been able to even implement a holiday schedule. As a result, I am missing every holiday with my child. He has done nothing but laugh his way ...to the bank. He must have missed the class on ethics. Please heed my warning.
