Highly Recommended Trusted Service

The Law Offices of Naresh M Gehi are one of the most knowledgeable US Immigration Law firms. Naresh, Vaishali, and associate attorney Kristen have gone beyond their call of duty by helping me navigate through multiple unforeseen legal conundrums, e.g., multiple RFE's, intent to revoke H1B, USCIS site... inspector visits, change of ownership of greencard sponsor, etc. My case was by no means easy and it took the very experienced and professional Gehi Law firm to obtain my green card after 5 years. Naresh's demeanor is very pleasing, absolutely to-the-point. He is very trustworthy and sincere. His in-depth knowledge sees through the very complicated immigration process. His confident and consoling interpersonal style eased my anxieties and saved many headaches about the long process. His assistant, Vaishali, is a prompt communicator and handled all matters timely. They know what they are doing. I can recommend them to anyone, even those afflicted with very complicated USCIS dealings.

Happy ending..

I had been with a lawyer from new jersey for over 6 years and at the end of 7th year of my stay with the lawyer one day I figure out that my labor was denied and imagine what the reply was from my other lawyer "we don't know what happened and if the USICS declines your extension you have to leave the... country in 60 days.". Now tell me is this the answer that you expect from your lawyers after being charged 3000$ and that is over 5 years back. I checked USICS website and informed my lawyer in new jersey that my labour is denied and it was on August 1st and my 7th year extension is expiring in sept 30 2007. After really stressed out. I cannot explain stress in words, my jaws used to pain and i had a severe headache because things turned out so sour to me. I worked hard to be in the position that I am now. It was painful for over 45 days and the lawyer from new jersey had no answer for me for 50 days. What a shame and what a waste of time. We got some news about Mr Naresh Gehi and hired him as my attorney on Sept 25th. The first thing he did is take my case as his own and called USICS immediately and sorted out the issue after staying on call for 2 days with USICS and on Oct 15th my labor status was changed from denied to in process. The assistants to Mr Gehi were very helpful and they spoke to me in way that was very comforting and consoling rather than giving some lame answers. I applied for I140 on Dec 6th 07. To add to the drama my I140 had issues and multiple queries again Mr Gehi got on the call and sorted out the issues for me and I got my on march 30th and I got my GC on Aug 10th. In my personal opinion, please check your lawyer thoroughly and since Mr Gehi had done extraordinary job I had to rate him 5 of 5 on immigration issues. If you would definitely recommend Mr Gehi for anyone out there who had problems with Immigration. They people in his office talk the language you like to hear and at times words can be very comforting and actions speak louder than words and I got my GC in less than 9 months after going with him. I wish I had gone with him instead of the other lawyers I would have lot of peace of mind and a sense of security.

Asset protection marrying a Northen Irishman

Mr Gehi was concise, professional and prompt during my initial consultation. He was one of the few lawyers who knew Northern Ireland was under common law. This would affect my pre- martial assets I have currently accumulated. He reminded me to get a USA pre-nup, before marriage. But he emphasized the... important of using a Northen Ireland attorney to set up asset protection under there law since they do not recognize USA pre- nup. Some countries with US treaties recognize pre- nup. He sugguested the most cost effective method . Have my fiance's Ireland attorney via online technology draw up the necessary documents to protect my pre- martial assets. He put my mind at ease giving the high divorce rate in America. He also showed a rare concern for women's ability to avoid poverty if divorced.

absolute overhyped!!

If i could give him negative marks, i would!!!! he talks great talk but absoultely is ZERO on follow up!!! his para legal are absoultely horrible and do not follow up on anything. you can ask them anything about your case and they have no clue!! will give every excuse possible. please do not go to ...gehi just because he will promise you the world and speaks very eloquently. ultimately after you pay, you will have to deal with his paralegals and they absolutely suck and have no considerations at all!!!
