When I needed an immigration lawyer, a good friend of mine referred me to Umit Mike Gursoy. During our initial consultation, I liked him immediately as he demonstrated confidence and experience in his field of practice. I addressed my unique situation, asked him numerous questions and wondered if ...I had a good chance of attaining a permanent residence card. He listened carefully and assured me he could help - and the best method to proceed with my case was to file a Waiver Form I-797. He and his team, including his office manager, Ipek, worked with me throughout the process from the beginning to the end. At first, it was a hurdle getting the Immigration National Center to approve my case but through dedication and hard work, I was approved.
