Avoid this law firm if you want a smooth, stress-free immigration process. The firm is highly unprofessional, especially Valida, who is extremely rude and unwilling to spend time reviewing your case. They are more interested in money than providing proper legal assistance. They also lack knowledge of... the law and were unable to locate my documents filed with the EOIR. If I hadn't been proactive, we wouldn't have known that the judge dismissed the case. I can never get to speak with Mr. Gursoy as he is never available, yet he wants to take my money without authorization. These people are thieves. For example, despite my payment being due on May 2, they charged my card on April 14 without authorization, as I did not sign up for autopay. Seek legal advice elsewhere.
