One of the reasons I decided to use his services, which were not the cheapest available on the web, but he collected the second half of his fee after the initial application was accepted, meaning that the paperwork was properly filled out. Be foerewarned that having the application approved is only the beginning of the process, it does not guarantee a visa from the consulate.
