My Russian in-laws had a super complicated case. So after half-a-dozen broken promises and many thousands of dollars later a friend recommended Mrs. Shepelsky. From that point everything went smooth: great communication, reasonable fees, great support, knowledgeable staff. I wound not recommend her. I applied for my H1B through Marina Shepelsky and almost got ruined. I would not take the risk. She was not only unaware of the laws regarding H1B but made blunders filing the forms. To make matter worse, when I brought her mistake to her attention she continued pressing th...at she didn't make mistakes. I had to hire someone else to correct the mistake she made and I cost me time and money. It was so bad that almost lost my legal status. I don't recommend her office at all.

First she seemed so professional and honest. I hired her even though she was pretty pricey. After 4 months of paperwork procedure I got nothing but disappointment, overpayment to her and a lot of anxiety. Overall she just screwed up my case. She charged more than promised asking for more money after ...the 1st objection for my papers. I paid. When I got 2nd and the last objection she asked to continue for additional payment. She was always late for submitting the papers, never returned my calls and replied 1 e-mail of 10. I am disgusted with the service and extremely high prices of this lawyer. She wants only money and does not care about you or your case. Please be cautious!
